The reform introduces <strong>organisational and procedural changes<\/strong> to improve the efficiency and accessibility of justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main novelties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>1. Establishment of Courts of First Instance and Offices of Justice<\/strong><br>\u2714 <strong>They replace the single-judge courts.<\/strong>The Commission's workload will be balanced and procedural criteria will be unified.<br>\u2714 The following are established <strong>justice offices in small municipalities<\/strong>avoiding unnecessary travel.<br>\u2714 The new offices will allow the following to be carried out <strong>procedural formalities by telematic means<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>2. Promotion of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods<\/strong><br>\u2714 Se <strong>requires mediation or conciliation<\/strong> before initiating civil and commercial claims.<br>\u2714 Penalties shall be imposed on those who unjustifiably refuse mediation where it is compulsory.<br>Exceptions: Not applicable in cases of fundamental rights, gender-based violence or protection of minors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>3. Procedural streamlining and digitisation<\/strong><br>\u2714 <strong>Eliminating unnecessary hearings in oral trials<\/strong> if the judge considers that the evidence is sufficient.<br>\u2714 <strong>Possibility of oral judgements<\/strong>recorded and subsequently documented.<br>\u2714 <strong>Modernisation of electronic judicial auctions<\/strong> to speed up enforcement procedures.<br>\u2714 <strong>Review of the system of court costs<\/strong> to avoid abuses in contestation processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
