However, for stays longer than <b>three months<\/b>it is necessary to <b>register and obtain a residence certificate<\/b> or, in the case of their family members, apply for a residence card.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The <b>Royal Decree 240\/2007<\/b> regulates these residences, establishing the requirements and procedures for legal residence in
