It is registered in the Intellectual Property Registry or, in the case of patents and utility models, before the relevant Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).
-Trademarks and Trade Names:
They appear before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) if the protection is only in Spain. If protection at European level is desired, it is processed at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). For international protection, he is lodged with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
